มาต่อตอนที่ 2 กัน

*การก่อสร้างดำเนินไปด้วยดี ผมเข้าไปดูบ้างไม่ดูบ้าง แค่ให้คำแนะนำน้องเค้าเมื่อต้องการความคิดเห็นของผม

*ถึงขั้นตอนการต่อไฟกับการไฟฟ้า เจ้าหน้าที่การไฟฟ้าเข้ามาตรวจสอบ ปรากฎว่าผู้รับเหมาเลือกใช้สายไฟผิดประเภท สายมี 2 ชนิด ลงดิน กับ เดินลอย ของผมเป็นงานไฟลงดิน การไฟฟ้าให้เปลี่ยน แต่การเปลี่ยนนั้นทำได้ยาก จึงเดินลอย เจาะเหล็กบนตัวอาคาร เพื่อให้ผ่านการตรวจสอบ

*เมื่อผ่านแล้ว ก็เอาสายเดินลอยออก แล้วใช้สายไฟลงดินตามเดิม



*หลังส่งงานแล้ว ปัญหาเริ่มเกิด

*ดูรูปตอนส่งงาน เจาะเหล็ก เพื่อหลอกการไฟฟ้าแล้วไม่เก็บงานให้เรียบร้อย ผมเรียกให้มาแก้งาน กว่าจะมาแก้ให้เกือบเดือน บอกช่างติดงาน



*ด้านหน้าอาคาร สีเทา ทั้งบนและล่าง ปูนแตกร้าว ผมเห็นแก้งานไป 3-4 รอบแล้ว ก็แก้ไม่หาย ผมต้องช่วยคิดหาทางออกโดยให้ใช้แผ่น Smart Board ปิดทับ แบ่งเป็น 4 ช่องแล้วใช้คิ้วโครเมี่ยมมาตัดช่วงรอยต่อ เพื่อรองรับการหด ขยาย ของแผ่นเมื่อโดนแดด

*ตอนทำเสร็จก็สวยดี แอบภูมิใจในความคิดของตัวเอง แต่ไม่นานก็ถึงฤดูฝน ไม่รู้ว่าปิดทับแบบไหน แผ่นบวมและแยกออกจากโครงเหล็ก ทำให้น้ำขังและรั่วเข้าตัวบ้าน ทั้งบนและล่าง เรียกให้มาแก้ ผลัดวันไปเรื่อย จนปัจจุบัน







*น้ำรั่วจากขอบ กระจกสแตนเลส ทั้งบานเลื่อนและบานผลัก ทั้งด้านหน้าและด้านหลังบ้าน เมื่อสังเกตุดูดีดี พบว่าบานผลักปิดไม่สนิท เห็นช่องโหว่ กว้างมาก ให้มาปรับแก้ แก้ไป 4 รอบ บางบานหาย บางบานไม่หาย ช่างเข้ามาแก้ไม่ซ้ำหน้า ท้ายสุดผมหาช่างมาแก้เอง จ่ายเงินเอง ตัดรำคาญ

*ห้องครัวนอกบ้าน น้ำรั่ว จนฝ้าแยก เรียกช่างมาแก้ บอกยิงซิลิโคนแล้ว สรุปรั่วเหมือนเดิม จนปัจจุบัน



*ผนังบ้านด้านนอกช่วงรอยต่อระหว่างพื้น กับ ผนังก่ออิฐมวลเบา แตกร้าวตั้งแต่หน้าบ้านยันหลังบ้าน แก้ไป 3 รอบ ไม่หาย แถมมีน้ำซึมจากผนังเข้ามาในบ้านด้วย



*ขอบผนังในบ้านทั้งหลังมีรอยคราบน้ำ สีด่าง

*ฝ้าหน้าประตูทางเข้า บวมน้ำ

*รั้วด้านนอกสีร่อน ปูดเพราะความชื้น

*พื้นหน้าบ้าน ที่เทปูนไว้ แตกร้าว

*กระเบื้องเคาเตอร์ในห้องน้ำ หล่นแตก แจ้งให้มาซ่อม ส่งช่างเข้ามา ช่างบอกไม่มีเครื่องมือ รอไป 3 อาทิตย์ บอกจะมาแล้วไม่มา ท้ายสุดผมต้องเรียกช่างมาซ่อมเอง



ครอบหลังคาก็ไม่บากตามร่อง เค้าทำกันแบบนี้เหรอ เพิ่งเคยเห็น
