ลูกค้าติดตั้งไปแล้ว 6 ปีกว่า โทรมาหาเจ้าหน้าที่ประมาณ 10 โมงแจ้งว่า ไฟผลิตได้น้อย ทำยังไงดี

- เมื่อเจ้าหน้าที่มารายงาน ผมบอกให้บอกลูกค้าว่า เดี๋ยวผมเข้าไปดูให้

- ลูกค้าบอกว่าจะเข้ามาเลยเหรอ ยังไม่ได้อาบน้ำแต่งตัวเลย

- เมื่อไปถึงผมโทรหา Inverter Supplier ขอคำแนะนำแบบ Real time โดยตั้งค่า ปรับค่า ต่างๆ ก็ไม่หาย

- ลงความเห็นว่า Inverter เสียและหมดอายุ ไม่มีอะไหล่ซ่อม

- ทางแก้คือเปลี่ยน Inverter เดินสาย จัด String ใหม่ ลูกค้า ok

-***แต่เดี๋ยวก่อน*** ผมทราบมาว่าบ้านหลังนี้มีแผ่นแตกอยู่ 1 แผ่น

- หรือเจ้าแผ่นนี้จะทำให้ระบบมีปัญหา

- แจ้งลูกค้าใหม่ว่า ผมขอลองเปลี่ยนแผง ไล่เช็คระบบสาย และ สายดินก่อน ถ้าไม่หายค่อยเปลี่ยน Inverter

- ถ้าแก้หาย ราคาค่าซ่อมต่างกับเปลี่ยน Inverter ราวฟ้ากับเหว

- อาทิตย์หน้า มาติดตามกันว่า จะแก้หายหรือไม่

***บอกไว้ก่อน เห็นผมเลือกใช้แต่อุปกรณ์แพงๆ แต่ผมเป็นคนงก นะ***
